Q) Is it possible to transfer more than one photo at a time to the frame?
A) Yes, It is possible to transfer more than one photo (e.g., .jpg, .jpeg or .png) at a time to the frame. See “Copying Files” for further information.

However, it is not possible to transfer more than one photo at a time through the FrameWizard software. During the “Sending to Frame” step, the application merges the original image file with the FrameWizard FX and transforms it into a special video format with the extension frw. This part of sending to the frame is very processor intensive, and cannot be performed with multiple files simultaneously.

Q) Do I have to load all of the photos into the software before transferring them to the frame?
A) If you are trying to copy unmodified image files to the frame, then they do not need to be added to the software. See “Copying Files” for further information.

If you are trying to send image files modified through the software to the frame, then they need to be added through the software before they can be manipulated and sent to the frame.

Q) Can I install it on more than one machine?
A) Yes, although the manual states that you cannot install it on more than one machine, there is no limitation in place which will prevent multiple machine installations. The statement was merely meant to discourage software piracy.
